This charming estate in Buxton offers a tranquil retreat for guests. There are two units with a combined 6 bedrooms (two in one unit and 4 in the other) including a mix of queen, bunk, twin, and full beds, there's plenty of space for everyone. There are 3 bathrooms in total (1 in the 2 bedroom unit and 2 in the 4 bedroom unit) featuring a bathtub and showers and plenty of amenities. Relax in the serene surroundings or take advantage of amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a cozy gathering spot, this estate has it all. Each unit has a kitchen of it's own, there are also plenty of separate spaces as well as great gathering spots for the whole property.

The main house sits on the second story above a garage which is used for storage by the owners. It is brand new, built in 2024, and has a large outdoor deck that spans the front of the unit, overlooking the entire property. It also has a private backyard area. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in this unit. The master bedroom has a large closet and a queen bed, as well as a secondary closet. The second room has a twin over full bunk and a desk. Each room has a television. This unit has a large bathroom with a large tub, and separate toilet/sink area. There is a large, open concept kitchen (including a dishwasher), dining room, and living room. There is a bonus space loft with a spiral staircase, and an excellent space for games, as well as a small tv and video game console. The large porch has double doors that open into the kitchen in with a covered outdoor seating area, and a large deck with a gate.

The second unit is a quintessential Maine cabin, there are 4 bedrooms in this unit - two queen bedrooms, a sunny office with 2 twin beds, and a kids bunk room with a twin over full bed. There is a dining area, as well as a small game table off of the kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and a half bathroom as well. There is a full kitchen in this unit, as well as a living room. The unit also has a cozy screened in porch with ample seating.

The properties each have a dedicated charcoal grill and an electric grill and a private shed. There a shared fire pit. There is a large picnic table out on the property as well as other kinds of seating.

There is private access to the waterfront, entirely dedicated to this property. There is a path down to the water, two patios with seating, two docks, and a shed. There are life jackets, kayaks, a paddleboat, and paddle boards as well as some water games and some fishing equipment. The water is shallow at the waterfront, getting deeper further in.
