spacious and comfortable, but is old in detail

Overall, the service of the staff is good. The room is spacious and comfortable, but is old in detail and does not meet Lotte's expectations. Also, dining in the hotel lacks diversity and is not convenient. For β€˜golf view’ rooms, be prepared for the early morning mechanical noise of the lawn maintenance team and the shouting of golfers.

Odor from pillow and blanket, Black mold

The blanket and pillow smelled like old wet laundry that had been left to rot, and there was black mold on the bathroom tiles. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. At night, I couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise from the air conditioner. Other than that, the facilities were fine, but the unpleasant smells made my stay uncomfortable.
