This beautiful modern holiday house with private pool is situated in the medieval town of Roc. In the centre of the north Istria, 348 metres above sea-level, in the midst of natural beauties. The holiday house offers accommodation for 5 people. It consists of private pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and covered terrace. This spacious accommodation is 100 m2. There is a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in a second bedroom. The bathrooms have shower, wash basin and toilet.
