On the ground floor, the property welcomes you with a spacious living room featuring a panoramic window and air conditioning, alongside a separate dining room. An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, and a separate WC completes the ground floor layout. A tavern area is also located on the ground floor. The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each characterized by sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 160 to 250 cm. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with bath, shower, WC, hydro massage shower, and hydro massage bath. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm and 200 cm in length, benefits from air conditioning, and has access to a shower and WC, as well as a private exit to the terrace. The third bedroom also contains 1 double bed of the same dimensions and is equipped with air conditioning.
