Essa é a segunda vez que alugo essa casa e recomendo, o senhor Luiz é um ótimo anfitrião e me atendeu perfeitamente, o mesmo ocorreu com os funcionários do condomínio, sempre muito atenciosos, a única falta que senti foi da sauna que não estava funcionando, mas tirando isso, não tenho o que reclamar. Com certeza irei outras vezes.

Luiz Fernando é super atencioso e responde as mensagens com rapidez. A casa é como no anúncio, tem todos utensílios necessários e tem como diferencial os quartos serem suítes e ainda contar com mais um banheiro na casa. No condomínio há uma piscina maravilhosa que as crianças adoraram. Muito perto da praia de geribá. Fomos e voltamos da praia a pé todos os dias. Voltaremos novamente, com certeza!

Muito bom, perto da praia.

Tive uma experiência muito boa no aluguel da casa. O custo-benefício é excelente para o imóvel, a casa fica bem perto da praia, da para ir caminhando, é confortável, condiz com as fotos do anúncio, é bem equipada e a internet funcionou perfeitamente, sem nenhum problema. Os eletrodomésticos funcionaram sem problemas, porém o microondas e o fogão poderiam ser modernizados. Os quartos têm um bom espaço, os banheiros são pequenos e os colchões poderiam ser renovados mas isso não foi problema em minha estadia. O condomínio é muito bom, bem familiar e com ótima estrutura e limpeza. Destaco o atendimento muito cordial e excelente do Luis Fernando que sempre esteve disponível nos contatos.
