Cuidado - Leia com atenção antes de reservar

O pior Hotel que fiquei desde sempre pelas seguintes razões : 1. Check In - Fila interminável se nenhuma organização que demorou mais de 2 horas. Entretanto a carregar as malas e com filho pequeno. 2. Quarto sujo, sofás rasgadas...., camas velas, mau cheiro geral. Geladeira antiga sem nenhuma agua. 3. Room Service inexistente, ninguém atende na recepção. 4. Serviço de malas inexistente, tivemos que transportar as malas até a porta do quarto. O resort é grande. 5. Café da Manha, Almoço, Jantar - filas para entrar, varias vezes tive que aguardar mesa e talheres. 6. Comida ok para fraco, poucas opções 7. Piscina suja 8. Localização Boa. 9. Infraestrutura péssima, tudo velho a cair aos pedaços, desde os quartos, as portas, as placas, elevador não funciona.... 10. Não recomenda, pelo mesmo valor encontram se opções muito melhores... 11. Claramente decepcionado 12. Check Out - mais filas... desta vez 1 hora e meia 13. Vendedores de marketing a tentar vender cotas de empreendimentos durante a estadia.....

Sou extremamente exigente e até mesmo chata com hospedagem. O Búzios Beach resort me surpreendeu! Local: O local é lindo e instagramável. As piscinas são um espetáculo à parte e tem muitas opções de lazer. A praia de Tucuns é linda, mas o mar é bem agitado. Quarto: a cama não é confortável para casal, pois unem 2 camas de solteiro. O frigobar não é abastecido e os móveis são antigos. O ar funciona bem e o quarto estava limpo. Alimentação: participamos do jantar romântico no dia dos namorados. O Buffet foi maravilhoso e bem servido. O almoço no dia seguinte também estava muito bom. O café da manhã achei fraco para um resort. Poucas opções de frutas e o suco era industrializado. Atendimento: atendentes atenciosos e prestativos. Tive um problema com minha reserva que foi prontamente resolvido. 0bservo que estão investindo em melhorar o local e penso que daqui a médio prazo tudo estará perfeito. De zero a 10 dou nota 8!

Nossa viagem foi incrível. Eu nunca tinha usado o aplicativo hotels.com, gostei bastante tudo saiu melhor do que planejado, a cama que pedi de solteiro estava lá tiro certinho, quanto ao resort, único ponto negativo é que a água da piscina que é muito gelada, não tem como ficar dentro, as piscinas poderiam ser aquecidas, não sei se é apenas no inverno que é assim, mas se fossem aquecidas seria perfeito. Do mais amamos tudo, comida maravilhosa, com um cardápio diferenciado, café da manhã tbm, cama super confortável. Amamos muito, os funcionários tbm super educados.

Resort incrível, é a segunda vez que fico lá.a limpeza, conforto maravilhoso. Só a alimentação que deixou a desejar, a primeira vez que fui tinha muita variedade no almoço,na janta e café da manhã, e dessa vez tava tudo fraquinho, comida sem tempero sem sal, café da manhã muito fraco infelizmente a alimentação não foi legal, eu nem almocei e jantei.

O lugar é lindíssimo, estivemos la em 2021, o que mudou muito foram as refeições, está deixando muito a desejar! A comida não é ruim, mas em comparação ao que era, ficamos um pouco frustrados, outras pessoas que tbm estavam lá e já haviam visitado em outros anos fizeram o mesmo comentário, poderiam investir mais nessa questão, pois a instrutura do hotel no geral é maravilhosa!
