Beyond the call of duty

The receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator however the receptionist carried all our luggage to our room. The room did not have a microwave but the receptionist offered to heat anything we needed including popping our popcorn and bringing it to our room. He went beyond his duties to make us comfortable.

The staff was really great, very helpful and friendly. A great breakfast was provided. The amenities were great as well. It's also in a great location. It's close enough to everything close, but also feels that it is in its own little private area.
