Experiência excepcional

Excelente atendimento e café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo. A localização também é muito boa, rua silenciosa. Tenho um filho PCD e foi a segunda viagem dele, e ele passou muito mal no último dia, e o que era para ser uma viagem perdida foi muito boa devido a boa vontade e empatia dos funcionários da pousada. Eles foram muito solícitos em ajudar (um deles, acredito que se chama Lucas, foi correndo até o quartel dos bombeiros) e nos ajudaram em tudo! Fiquei 8 anos sem voltar a Cabo Frio por uma experiencia ruim em um hotel, e agora tivemos essa excepcional! O meu filho amou a viagem, e não quer outra pousada!!
Se isso não se chama felicidade, não sei qual seria o nome.
Ambiente maravilhoso é aquele que você se sente feliz e respeitado.

Estive na pousada a 4 anos atrás e as condições atuais está decepcionante. Móveis velhos, cheiro de mofo, a Tv é pequena e com a imagem horrível. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar , só é feita se solicitada. Café da manhã tbem já foi melhor com mais variedade. Café da tarde não é mais servido. Enfim , fiquei decepcionada.

Não possui estacionamento, e as vagas na frente da pousada na rua o flanelinha cobra, ao sair com o carro possivelmente não terá a vaga no retorno, água da pousada e saloba, ar condicionado fica atrás do guarda roupa. O café da manhã e excelente

Quarto super pequeno

Achei o quarto muito pequeno, pra dois já é apertado, imagine para uma familia com 4 pessoas... Achei também o quarto meio desleixado, o chuveiro não esquentava direito e o vidro da janelinha quebrada. O estacionamento limitado para 6 carros somente.

Otima localização, atendimento deixou a desejar...no banheiro havia um vazamento na pia , avisamos e nao foi consertado...existe placa de horario para uso de sauna e piscina, mas só ligam a sauna se algum hospede pedir....estacionamento pequeno e se para em frente a pousada ja aparece um flanelinha pra tomar um dinheiro.......acomodações simples pelo preço cobrado...

Passei um final de semana maravilhoso, tudo sensacional se tratando tmb do hotel, pessoas maravilhosas e atendimento 1000, inclusive o Sr Russo taxissista do Arraial do Cabo q nos levou até a Praia Pontal do Atalaia, amei voltarei com certeza

Decadência, falta de cuidado e negligência

Frequento a Pousada há anos, desde a inauguração. Foi lamentável presenciar as péssimas condições estruturais do quarto, acompanhado de um cheiro de mofo terrível. Os funcionários não usavam máscaras. Os itens do café nada apetitosos. Antes os bolos eram maravilhosos, pois feitos com todo o cuidado pelos antigos funcionários. Foi uma grande decepção. Não se trata de economia de gastos mas do mau uso dos recursos. A Pousada parece abandonada. A falta de cortesia e cuidado chamam a atenção. A TV da cobertura não funcionava. Os lençóis e fronhas nada cheirosos. Não recomendo. Um tristeza a decadência do lugar.

Localização excelente!

A pousada fica a 5 minutos de caminhada para a praia do forte. O carro ficou estacionado em frente a pousada, na calçada sem problemas. A limpeza precisa ser melhorada no quarto. Os funcionários da recepção são muito agradáveis. Apenas uma ressalva para o salão de café da manhã e a piscina que precisa subir dois lances de escada, podendo trazer problemas para quem dificuldade de locomoção. Eles oferecem um lanche a tarde mas não pude participar. Precisei ir embora antes e a equipe de reserva, Sr. Luiz, ficou de me dar o crédito da diária para ser utilizado uma outra vez. Estou aguardando o contato.
