Upon arrival, I was shown our room, which was surprisingly updated and extremely clean:))) The staff was super helpful and very nice to speak with! Excellent service! Would highly recommend staying here!

When we checked in and got to our room there was a dirty towel hanging on the door, hair in the sink and the sink did not drain. The breakfast was basically nonexistent. Cups in the room were dirty as well.

Great hotel, best value for your buck. Newly renovated, has everything you could possibly need. Room was specious, comfy bed. I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this establishment is. Highly recommend.

I stayed at All Seasons Inn & Suites years ago, and returning recently, I was amazed by how much the property has been upgraded. Everything feels brand new—completely renovated rooms with modern furnishings, spotless new bathrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the owners have invested in making this a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The location is excellent—right off the highway, making it super easy to get to Falmouth and catch the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s also a great spot for families, with a safe and quiet atmosphere. The rates are very affordable, especially for the area, and the amenities are top-notch. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and the TVs are equipped with Netflix and all the major streaming apps, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this place has come a long way and is now one of the best value stays in the region. Highly recommend!

First time here, but it was recently completely renovated and the rooms were an older place, but they did a really nice job fixing the place up. The bathrooms were very nice and spotless and the bed was super comfy. Everything was brand new in the place. And the staff was very helpful to any questions or needs we had. We only stayed one night on our way to Martha’s Vineyard, if you’re looking to stay here for a few days more it’s not really near anything except for the Bourne bridge but it’s a short drive down to Falmouth and everything it has to offer. It was very inexpensive compared to other places at the Cape.
