This three bedroom, two story townhouse is located in the Calinda Sol complex and features a swimming pool, half size tennis court, and BBQ. This fantastically located property is just a few minutes walk to Clarkes Beach, The Pass, and Tallow Beach. A perfect getaway for families and small groups.
This tidy and bright unit features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area with a flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a queen size bed, small flat screen TV, and sliding door which opens onto a sunny patio. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and sliding door to the patio. The third bedroom contains two single beds and is ideal for children. This unit has one full bathroom with a bath tub and shower and one half bathroom with a toilet and sink.
Clarkes Beach Your beach side holiday accommodation provides easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches Byron Bay has to offer. Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkeling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Café right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Café just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. A wonderful position for beach walks. Fans and windows allowed cooling breeze to be taken advantage of. For an elderly or frail person the stairs to the bedrooms may be a bit tricky. Pool a good size, could have been a bit cleaner.
