Clean and tidy, requires some attention to detail in relation to cleaning ie external entry stairs and under bed. Minor issues … but overall, we would return.

Room well equips but windows very dirty. Staff bit clueless around how thing work in a hotel. Reserving tables at breakfast when no one turns up for them while other need to sit in poor locations is silly Agreed to hold account open to charge to but then it mistakenly gets shut off. Seems to lack management that knows how to run a hotel. Boardwalks rotten in places and dangerous and need to be repaired Shane to see what was a great hotel slide into this.

We stayed in the Tree Top room and would highly recommend it; we will definitely book again. We had two dinners and one breakfast; the dinners were lovely. My only feedback is that the breakfast was a little disappointing, the poached eggs were hard and the toast was dry, my preference is soft poached eggs, everything else was great. I had a gorgeous spa treatment, the products were divine, my skin felt amazing after. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, thank you making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
