Péssima experiência

Aluguei um apartamento com dois meses antecedência de antecedência, faltando alguns dia para viagem fui informado que o apartamento já tinha sido alugado antes para outra pessoa, as únicas opções seria devolução do pagamento ou ficar em outra acomodação da proprietária. Depois de férias agendadas tudo pronto para viajar, pesquisei nós sites e devido ao feriado não encontrei mais nada para alugar . Escolhi a localização por viajar com minha esposa grávida e crianças. Para não frustra a minha família fui para a única opção que sobrou. Chegando lá a decepção, a localização era longe dos quiosques onde minha esposa teria um conforto melhor por estar grávida, as condições do apartamento não estavam boas, maçanetas estavam soltando, sifão do banheiro remendado com sacola plástica, chuveiro não funcionou e o outro estava fechando curto, no segundo dia começou a queimar a fiação ( um eletricista foi consertar e fiquei 3 horas esperando o conserto). O outro apartamento além de melhor localização tinha um quarto a mais, micro-ondas, Wi-Fi, um TV a mais e era no segundo andar,sendo que o que fui era no terceiro andar. Fui com minha família para não perder a viagem mas fica ai um alerta para quem for usar este site ou alugar este apartamento.

Bom apto

Gostamos muito do apto, é bem amplo, localizacao ótima. Em relação a Bruna que nos recebeu, muito gente boa, sempre que mandava zap o retorno era imediato. Tenho que falar também do zelador do prédio o Fabiano, cara gente bonissima e muito prestativo. A única coisa a reclamar do apto, é em relação ao chuveiro a gás, alem de ter que esperar um bom tempo para esquentar depois de quente ele esfria de uma hora para outra em cima de quem está no banho. No.mais estava tudo ok!

Apartamento muito aconchegante!

O apto é bem amplo e aconchegante. Tudo 100%. Muito bem localizado, próximo da pracinha e da praia do Forte. Fomos muito bem recebidos! O único probleminha é que o fogão é um pouco devagar, mas nada que atrapalhasse o passeio. Ótimo! Minha família adorou! Obrigada pela gentileza!

O apartamento é excelente: espaçoso, confortável, ótima localização, bem arejado. Possui móveis em bom estados.Ele é igualzinho o que aparece nas fotos. Perto da praia do forte, da feirinha e dos quiosques da praia. Tem tudo que você precisa ao redor: casa lotérica, supermercado, padaria, farmácia, sacolão, sorveteria, distribuidora de bebida e de água, restaurantes. Você anda a pé tranquilamente, é tudo perto. Precisa trocar alguns itens domésticos como copos de vidros lascados, pratos trincados, a sanduicheira que está quebrada, assim como o controle remoto da televisão.

Bem localizado perto da praia do Forte, da feira de artesanato, de padarias supermercados, bem próximo do centro da para ir a pé. O apto é bem amplo com três quartos com ventilador, janelas bem grandes, um quarto com suite,possui uma cama no corredor com três colchões, duas geladeiras, uma sala com copa bem ampla uma televisão de 40 polegadas, um cozinha espaçosa com micro ondas, grande quantidade de panelas e talheres, um área de tanque com varal.Possui uma vaga de garagem.O apto fica no segundo andar do prédio, são três lances de escada. A rua em frente ao apto é mão única dependendo do horário o transito fica movimentado. Um zelador muito prestativo e educado que nos atendeu muito bem. Gostamos muito e pretendemos voltar em outra oportunidade.
