O apartamento super bem localizado. Ficamos dentro da praia do forte. Sr Nilton muito atencioso e flexível ao horário de chegada. Porém não posso deixar de relatar minha frustração ao usa da piscina que tem taxa de uso por pessoa e em nenhum momento é relatado em seu anúncio.

O apartamento é ótimo, melhor localização impossível, garagem ok e prédio ok. Deitado na cama do quarto vc tem a vista da praia e mar. A cozinha é bem equipada e atende muito bem, único ponto de melhoria é o fogão que já está um pouco velho. O apartamento é um pouco antigo, mas nada que desabone.

Foram 5 dias maravilhosos, apartamento espaçoso, limpo, arejado, em frente a praia, com vista para o mar de todas as portas e janelas, no melhor ponto de Cabo Frio. Dias incríveis que passamos em Cabo Frio, a vista deste apartamento é sensacional, tanto da varanda da sala, como da suíte. Nos hospedamos em 5 pessoas, eu, meu esposo e 3 filhas adolescentes. Nos até atendeu muito bem, na cozinha tem bastante utensílios, pra fazer um café, um jantar atende bem. O terceiro quarto , não usei , é muito pequeno e na área de serviço. O restante está realmente muito bom . Valeu a pena demais ☺️☺️

O apartamento do Nilton e excelente tudo de bom. bem ventilado o dia todo, perto de tudo dá para fazer tudo a pé, de frente para o mar e praça das águas, tudo muito limpinho e aconchegante minha família adora ir para lá, não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos no AP do Nilton, todas as vezes foram ótimas o Junior que nos recepcionou e super simpático e comunicativo sempre disposto a ajudar tanto ele quanto o Nilton.
