Accommodates a maximum of 5 people. ceiling fans in every room, planned kitchen with all new utensils, porcelain tile floors, 47-inch TV, sofa chaise, new orthopedic mattresses, modern and comfortable bathroom with gas heater and luxury shower. Ideal for family who want to enjoy the beauties of C. Frio and Buzios. The condo has a beautiful garden with benches scattered to foster coexistence or a good read and outdoor sports court. All very clean, well maintained and mainly organized.
