This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the quiet community of Terrasol Beach Resort. New to the rental market, this condo has everything needed to relax and enjoy your Cabo vacation.
There are 2 pools for your enjoyment. The main pool has plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, it's also attached to the Palapa restaurant with a swim up bar.
Terrasol is located on Solmar beach, which is on the Pacific side..... next to the Playa Grande and Grand Solmar.
Only a 5 min walk to the marina and 15 min walk to all the restaurants, shopping and bars of downtown Cabo.
The condo Has 2 bedrooms, a king bed in the master and 1st bedroom. The second Bedroom has a queen size bed. The unit had been remodelled a few years ago and gives a nice open space living.... from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room.

The condo comes equipped with all linens, towels, paper products as well as a kitchen with all the cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans..... where you can enjoy cooking your favourite dishes.

Living area has plenty of seating for a relaxing evening, with a large screen TV. WIFI is included.

This unit is a Non Smoking unit.... there is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the outside deck.

All renters are subject to a Nightly Fee and a Cleaning Fee at the end of your stay. Payable to Terrasol.

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

The good...The condo was clean and had just about everything that could be needed. Very well set up for cooking. The location was great as you can walk everywhere. We hardly used our rental car.. The Terrasol property is very nice and the pool and restaurant/bar had great drinks and food at very reasonable prices.The bad....There was construction happening in the unit next to us. It was very loud and lasted several days. At first it was just annoying but one day was absolutely unbearable to be in the condo. This went on all day from 830am to 5pm. It happened to be a day some of our party wanted to just rest but they had to leave. The property manager said "sorry" and did nothing to make it right.

great place, great communication, perfect stay. my only complaint is Brad should warn people to ALWAYS book an additional week.Oh and El Coral has excellent food but uses some sort of powerful tequila. drink it slowly.

Everything was fantastic!Clean and spacious. Excellent location, easy walking to Everything. Beach is steep and swimming is not ava. A short walk to the swim beach.Host was very responsive!Only thing it needs is a blender !If we stay here again we will grab one from Wal-Mart. If you want to catch fish contact Capt Gil on El Wahoo King he is the best!CheersSteveVictoria bc
