• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!
- Blue skies, cool breeze, soft sand and your private villa on Medano Beach, Cabo's most coveted beach.
- For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area including a gas grill and a wet bar!
- Flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides two Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.

The views from the balcony are even better than in the pictures. The sunrise each day was spectacular. The unit was extremely clean and very spacious. The pool and beach were great for relaxing and having some margaritas. Recommend 10 out of 10! Will definitely be coming back and booking this same unit!

Beautiful Cabo getaway
Book this property immediately if it is available! Perfect resort surrounded by lovely grounds and quiet. If you do not want to stay in the crowded noisy part of Cabo, this is the resort for you. Easy to get to all excursions and also to just chill.

The Perfect Spot!
The perfect suite with the perfect view and just steps down to pool. Love love love. So much space for a family. We did get a call from the front one day while we were still asleep thinking we were playing music from our room … but it was a room in the next section. Staff all very attentive!

Wonderful stay
We have a great time at La Estancia. The check in was great and the facilities exceptional.Our family had a great time. I would recommend for the food services to provide a variety and creative vegan/vegetaria options so guests can enjoy all of the restauratns on site.

Relaxing - and fun - Spring Break Destination
Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The rental company we rented from via VRBO was so communicative and helpful. They provided us great customer service throughout the vacation. Check in and check out was so easy and the property was lovely! Our room was beautiful and very clean. It was well situated on the property - near a stairway to the beach but so quiet. And the view!! I highly recommend this unit, we loved it and will definitely be back! The resort was beautiful, clean and had lots of available chairs at the beach and the pool. It was good walking distance via the beach to many fun restaurants and bars. It was a great experience. We fell in love with Villa La Estancia and we will definitely be back!

Incredible villa in paradise
We had an amazing experience at this villa. The unit is beautiful with an incredible view - even more gorgeous in-person then the photos. The unit felt fresh and modern, and the AC worked great in super hot, muggy weather. The personal concierge before arrival was a really nice touch, and helped me arrange groceries to be delivered before we even arrived.

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It has an incredible view of the ocean, and a large, private outside veranda. The beds are very comfortable and the place has everything you could want. Rental agency was quick to respond, kind and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
