Long lines at deli for breakfast. Service very slow everywhere. Market store has very limited selection of items. Time share salespeople very annoying in lobby while checking in. Would not except that we were not interested in taking tour. Housekeeping had to be called to service room.

Staff is very nice and resort/rooms very clean Rooms are spacious and nice design but already show signs of wearing out. Strong humidity smell in room. Surroundings are ā€œokā€ but not great as construction going on (resort is not fully finished) In the middle of nowhere, transport not great (free shuttle but only every 2h, taxi prices are exorbitant) Only 2 restaurants on site. Exorbitant pricing for everything. Check reviews on Google for more details

Very nice resort, only problem is itā€™s difficult to find. There are so many grand solmar and they kept sending us to different ones. Rooms are beautiful, valet service workers were very nice. They push vacation package very hard didnā€™t think they would try for almost a whole day but in all we had a great time.

My overall stay was amazing the staff were super friendly and helpful. They all made me feel welcomed. Loved absolutely everything about it. I do however wish the bar was open a little longer. Bar closes at 6pm, but other than that my overall stay was incredible. Once again everyone was supper friendly and caring from the front desk, concierge, spa, activity center, bar, waiters, and room service.

Fantastic resort for families. My kids loved the water slides, activities, and the kids club. The adults enjoyed the entire resort and beautiful views. The free shuttle to their sister resort (lands end) is a great perk offering access to their pools and views and easy access into the city for exploring. Weā€™re already planning on returning next year.

It is a beautiful resort located off the beaten path. There is absolutely nothing around. They do have a shuttle service that goes into town, but if you miss it, it will cost you moneyā€”the food and beverage service found to be just okay for a resort that literally has nothing else to offer I would have expected it to be excellent. The food was good but bland for my tastebuds.

I liked the room it was very nice as well as the facilities. The food is average not bad. Their most expensive restaurant has very good food but overpriced. If you like to swim in the ocean you need to go to certain beaches therefore you will need to rent a car since taxis can very expensive. Los Cabos has become quite expensive.

Big nice hotel-

Nice - maybe a bit too large to handle. You get attacked by timeshare parasites upon entering the lobby. Nice people but not something I like to have to deal with - after traveling. Other wise nice and clean and the staff is very nice. Pool is nice and - good for families.
