Not extremely satisfied with our stay. Upon check in we weren’t told about any credits (spa and gym) as well as any sort of discounted drinks during their “happy hour”. The spa credit was 75$ a day per person so it would have been nice to use, especially waiting for our room for three hours before it was ready. After checking out this morning every customer around us was told about the credits as well as given a tour of the property which we also never got. We were a little early, however we were told we would get a text when our room was ready at 3. Never received any sort of message nor did we get our room for another hour. All in all for the amount of money being spent per night at this hotel, we believe they fell short in services. Property is beautiful, wish we were given the opportunity to explore it all.

Not worth the trouble

This hotel is very overrated. They don’t honor the details or perks promised in the reservation. I had two rooms and both had cleanness issue and to switch rooms as a result. Most of the staff are unfriendly—some even rude and expert in misinforming you. The only positive was one staff member who truly gave excellent service and tried to help. But when you’re on vacation, you shouldn’t have to deal with so many hassles. Each problem we faced took at least an hour to resolve. The common area on the property is beautiful but The location is also very inconvenient—far from everything. Be careful with Uber: you’ll get charged, but the hotel doesn’t allow them inside, which makes things even more difficult. To make matters worse, after more than two months, I’m still waiting to receive the proposal I requested from their event department. Overall, not worth the trouble .

Hotel was excellent. Staff and service, food was excellent! Cesar our ambassador was excellent and gracious . Good and service at all restaurants were amazing ! Mina was our favorite ! The pool was fantastic , Ricardo at the pool and Maria our pool server were the BEST !

Our stay was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, you could tell everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. We had TWO concierges who took care of all our requests. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the ambiance is incredible. Can't wait to go back!

Overall, I had a great stay! The staff was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Their hospitality truly stood out. One challenge I experienced was with transportation. The resort cabs were convenient, but some drivers seemed to overcharge for rides, which made getting around a bit frustrating. Another concern was that children were allowed to swim in the pool areas where alcohol was being served at the swim-up bars. Personally, I didn’t find this to be the most comfortable environment. That being said, I truly enjoyed my time at the resort, and with just a few improvements, it could easily be a perfect experience.
