Would have been 5 stars if my daughter had not been sick with gluten contamination the first day even though I had communicated with the hotel well in advance about her allergy. Extremely disappointing not to mention this hotel was a fortune and it was supposed to be my 60th birthday celebration with my family

The hotel was excellent in most ways but my daughter has celiac disease and was contaminated at the pool lunch the first day with gluten and was sick for 1/3 of our holiday. The hotel did not seen to take responsibility or care much which tainted our stay. Especially considering how much it cost! Or would have been almost perfect otherwise

Awesome stay - would have been perfect if the NYE party didn’t have a live band bc it was like a subpar American wedding band playing bad covers (female singer was off key), which made the evening very off brand for a modern, chic and upscale place like Nobu. In fact, the mix of the guests were quite international and well traveled crowd, so was surprised to hear the music mostly outdated covers. Cool DJ’s would have been the right DJ. Staff was phenomenal especially Gabriel and Jesus at the Corteza pool. Food delicious. Could use more wine options easily accessible. Overall, impressed and would love to be back if the music at NYE and parts of pool party can be dialed to be more Prices are definitely very high but to expected.

Poor check in experience... had to wait a very long time to get my keys, and the process seemed very disorganized. Room was very nice, but the shower drain didn't work properly, and my bathroom floor flooded every time I took a shower. Property is excellent but location is very isolated, not convenient if you want to go into town. Food and drinks are way overpriced but typical of similar resorts.

The pillows were horrific. The service was very slow and the prices for food were extremely overpriced. The food was good but wow 30+ dollars for a Caesar salad is ridiculous. I was very surprised. I’m also a travel agent and with that being said they did not honor the commissions and didn’t do anything for me when I arrived which I found to be a bit stupid on their part because I don’t plan to recommend any of my clients to stay at their property. I won’t be going back to their property again.

The property is gorgeous, clean, and safe. Staff is very nice but there is very little sense of urgency. The menus at each of the restaurants (with the exception of Nobu) need an overhaul. I don’t think I had one order that was correct on the first try. There was always a mistake and mistakes took a long time to correct. If you are unhappy with an order or the quality was inferior, staff would argue with you and point to the menu rather than just trying to make the customer happy. Additionally, staff would offer something as if it was complimentary (for instance a few extra pieces of crispy rice for some leftover spicy tuna) and then charge you for it. I would expect impeccable service at a Nobu Hotel and unfortunately this did fall short.

Gorgeous property with fabulous 5 star service. Loved every minute of our stay. Relaxing vibes at all 3 pools and staff who know how to be there when you need something but not be overbearing. Spa is wonderful and all of the restaurants are great. The location is off the beaten path and works best for a vacation where you stay at the resort the whole time. It’s not very convenient for going to restaurants in downtown Cabo or San Jose Del Cabo. It’s a bit more adult oriented though kids are ok.
