You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access with other guests to the complex's common areas.

The Neighborhood:
The area around Vista Real provides convenient access to Plaza Novva for shopping and dining, and it’s a short drive to both the Cabo San Lucas Marina and Medano Beach. This location is ideal for exploring Cabo’s vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife options while also offering a quieter residential experience when you’re back at the complex.

Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 47 km | 29 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Booking Requirements:
- Must be 18+ to book
- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
- Please have your ID ready for check-in
- A refundable security deposit may be required (depending on the booking platform) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met
- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors
- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)
- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors
- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
