Klein maar fijn!

Het appartement is klein maar wel aangenaam. Als je er met 3 verblijft dan moet de zetel worden uitgetrokken en is er in de living bijna geen plaats meer over. Terras is ruim. Het appartement werd niet goed gepoetst voor ons verblijf, dat was iets minder. Verder misschien wel fijn om te weten dat er in het complex geen lift aanwezig is en dus alle bagage naar de 2e verdieping moet worden gedragen. Het meubilair binnen (de stoelen) hadden hun beste tijd gehad en waren aan vervanging toe.

CABOURG lieu charmant

Location très bien et tout fonctionnait. La résidence est proche de la plage et de la Thalasso, une belle résidence verdoyante, calme et bien entretenue. Je vous recommande cette location. Seul petit inconvénient pas de volet dans la chambre, le double rideau devrait être plus épais. On a adoré Cabourg et mon petit toutou a adoré la location et profité de la plage, des balades et proche du centre ville.

Peut mieux faire…..

La résidence et l’appartement sont bien situés et le logement est bien lumineux , mais le confort est basique et certains équipements fragiles et minimalistes ( les chaises en bois qui se déboîtent sans arrêt, le canapé n’est pas très confortable , la tv à la taille d’un timbre poste , l’éclairage de la s-de-b est proche de la pénombre ) .

Peut mieux faire!

Poussière dans les recoins et «  moutons » sous le lit ! Fuite au chauffe-eau ! Confort limite et chaises intérieures « dangereuses « et c’est rien de le dire! Sinon rien à redire ! Encore un petit effort et ça devrait le faire ! PS pour la propreté c’est d’ailleurs étonnant pour une agence helvétique !

Très bonne vacances.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit appartement idéalement situé. La propreté était au rendez-vous, il est très bien équipé la seule petite chose à dire et que la salle de bain est extrêmement sombre il ne serait pas de trop di r’ajouter une petite lumière.

Very dated interior

One main issue, Very dated interior. In need of serious up-dating. This would include a deep clean. Bathroom floor/lino, shower cubicle and sink needs attention. Shower cubicle especially small, when drying, towel brushes against the toilet. Bed far to big for the room which makes travelling around the bedroom difficult. Kitchen sink area, dirty. Who drains cups/saucers cutlery onto the work surface? Owner ought to spend some of the income bringing the place up to a decent Standard.
