Large cupboards everywhere. Large courtyard of 80 m2 that can receive garden furniture and barbecue for lunch and children to play safely, or serve as a secure parking lot, all surrounded by shrubs . The house is equipped with all the comfort you need with a good bedding as well.the area is one of the most residential.

Super emplacement, entre mer et centre ville, ce qui est clairement le point fort de la maison. Nous avons passé un très bon weekend en famille (parents, grands-parents, enfants). Maison assez petite mais qui convient bien s'il fait beau et que l'on peut profiter de l'extérieur. La maison est assez rudimentaire : chaise un peu branlante, lave vaisselle qui lave mal, faible pression de la douche. Des détails qui peuvent facilement être améliorés. Aussi si vous proposiez des jeux pour enfants (plage, maison) ainsi que le nécessaire de base de cuisine cela serait appréciable (sel, huile, vinaigre, poivre...).

Loved the location. Isabelle was very helpful with info about area. She even gave us a walking tour.

The only negative was that we did not know we had to rent the linens (sheets and towels). Fortunately Isabelle had some available.

Accueil, disponibilité, ménage : PARFAITS.Vaisselle et mobilier en quantité.Bémols : l’odeur de renfermé, mobilier/déco vieillots, les « faux canapés », l’absence de rideau occultant à défaut de volet dans la chambre dont la fenêtre donne sur les lampadaires de la ville.Pour moi ce n’est pas une maison de charme mais un hébergement d’un bon rapport qualité prix si vous voulez visiter la région et la louer comme un bed&breakfast mais pour une villégiature il y a des choses à revoir pour qu’on s’y sente bien.Attention à ne pas induire en erreur sur la localisation : la photo de la place du casino et du Grand Hotel n’est pas prise d’une fenêtre de la maison.

Les + : très bien placé, accès direct à la mer et aux commerces. Cour intérieure fermée et sécurisante pour les enfants. Matelas et électroménager ok. Les - : le charme de l'ancien qui est resté dans son jus. Il faudrait rénover la salle de bains (crasseuse, on ne sait pas où poser ses affaires) ou au moins la récurer, remplacer l'etendoir à linge rouillé, le four noir de brulé, les rideaux de salle de bain moisis, le simple vitrage usé, les volets sont sur cale dans la cour, dommage car beau potentiel

Maison de charme d’extérieur !

Nous ne retournerons pas dans cette location . Extérieurement rien à redire, bel emplacement, stationnement de la voiture dans la cour mais intérieurement, mis à part la literie qui est convenable, tout est vétuste et peu entretenu : four sale, réfrigérateur + compartiment congélateur trop petit pour 4 personnes, rideaux salle de bain très sales, rideaux non occultants dans le chambre principale entraînant un réveil à l’aube …..Nous sommes très déçus.

Maison authentique et très bien placée

Ce logement est parfait pour passer un weekend en famille ou entre amis. Les propriétaires nous ont sympathiquement transmis des jouets pour notre fille de 2 ans. L'emplacement est idyllique (proximité immédiate de la mer et du centre de Cabourg). La maison est authentique. L'environnement est calme. L'espace extérieur est agréable et ensoleillé. Unique bémol : les convecteurs électriques pourraient être changés.
