The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator of a traditional building of Cádiz recently renovated. Located very close to the beach of La Caleta, the only beach in the historic center of Cádiz, as well as the Central Market, the first central market in Spain, in the neoclassical style. A magnificent enclave to discover the city of Cádiz.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a spacious and bright living room with two balconies, equipped with plasma TV, floating floor and air conditioning. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped, the bathroom has a shower plate. Elegant and modern finishes.
It is located in the neighborhood with more "salt" of the city, soul of the carnival and folklore in the city, with its terraces and balconies full of pots.
If you arrive by car it is possible to stop for a few moments under the apartment to unload your luggage in a nearby street. The parking in the historic center is complicated, being our recommendation that you park in the Campo del Sur Parking, located less than 5 minutes from the apartment.
