Magnificent three-bedroom apartment with stunning sea views and direct access to Cádiz’s famous Victoria Beach. It includes a private underground parking space in the same building, accessible by elevator (dimensions: 2.15 m high, 2.50 m wide, 4.30 m long).

Upon entering, you’ll find the main bedroom on the left, featuring a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed, built-in wardrobe, large window with sea views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From the entrance hall, you access the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils.

The spacious and bright living-dining area offers a dining table for six, a stylish sofa, Smart TV, and access to the furnished terrace—perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and panoramic views.

Down the hallway, the second bedroom includes a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, a wooden clothes stand, and an exterior window. The second full bathroom with shower is next, followed by a third bedroom with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and exterior ventilation.

Fabulous apartment, amazing views, suited two couples perfectly. Our host communicated clearly and we were made to feel very welcome. We were provided with a parking spot for our car directly below the building. Lots of places nearby and a nice 20 min walk into the centre.

This is a beautiful apartment—so light and airy in a prime location! The view from the balcony looks out onto the ocean and sand and is just perfect. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels provided so you don’t need to rent or buy anything. Parking is provided (one spot) in the garage below the building. I would highly recommend this property!!

Great place to stay

Everything about this stay was great. The apartment is very clean, bright and well designed and the air conditioning worked very well (much needed with 35c temperatures). Car park is v easy. The apartment is well situated and v close to some great places to eat. The Genteel staff who manage the apartment rental are also very good and helpful with timely and very pleasant communication about check in, parking, meeting and local amenities.

LOVED IT!

Three couples enjoyed this condo for 2 nights in September 2023. It is very modern with a great "beachy" decor. We loved the location, as it was off the beaten tourist path a bit. Please note that their picture makes it appear that it is right on the beach, but there is actually a road between it and the beach. Not that this mattered, but I just think it should be disclosed. There is a bike and jogging path between the road and the beach, and it is a great place to people watch. There is a beach bar right across the street and numerous restaurants just a few minutes' walk to choose from. You can also rent chairs on the beach with umbrellas. We had rented a 9 passenger Mercedes Vito van and weren't certain it would fit in the condo's single parking spot in the basement garage. It was a "tight fit", but it did fit! There is a grocery store a 5-minute walk away. We walked into Old town Cadiz. It is a flat easy walk. I think it took about 40 minutes. We took taxis back to the condo for only 5 Euros. The only thing I think that could be better is maybe a few more "essential items" provided. BUT....that is me being picky. We would definitely rent this condo again and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you, Javier and Susana, for the great communication through the WhatsApp. That process worked really well!!
