This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park, only 400 m. from the North Sea beach and 13 km. from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The villa is furnished in a complete and luxurious way and consists of two floors. On the ground floor, in addition to the living room with TV and an open kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, you will find one 2-pers. bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine. Through the patio doors, you can reach the garden with a covered terrace, heater with garden furniture and four sun loungers. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
