Property was very spacious, it was nice having an extra living space/games room for the kids to play on their console. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Lovely surroundings and close to Snowdon. Quiet, even though on a reasonably busy road.
The only issues were that the tv had an annoying blue spot in the middle of the screen, the WiFi didn’t reach to the far end of the building where downstairs bedrooms are but 4G signal was good. The stairs were a bit creaky so could wake up other people in the bedrooms upstairs and there was a bit of a draft coming through the conservatory doors but it was warm enough when heating on full.
Would happily stay here again.

North Wales stay
We had a great stay in North Wales, at Buarthau Cottage. Sykes were very good with any questions. The property is lovely & spacious, but a bit of a warren. It was clean & tidy, with logs for the fire. We were happy with our stay, however, we found the downstairs shower rather cold & we were 3 couples so we had to use it. The main issue for me, personally, was the big drop from the garden lawn to the patio, immediately outside the conservatory door. We had two dogs who should not have been jumping that height, but of course, we kept an eye on them, but it would have been nice just to leave them to play outside. I would be concerned for small children or elderly adults. This was the only issue, the shower was just a niggle. The views both at the front and especially the back, were stunning. We had good weather, too, so what more could we ask for.
