If you want to spend a simple holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, in a traditional farmhouse preserved exactly as it was in the 1960s, this is the accommodation for you. The accommodation is on the first floor, with a large living area, a kitchen with the classic stone sink and fireplace, dining area and living room with a smart TV to bring us back to modern times. The house enjoys total privacy while being 2 km from everything. You can walk through the region and a visit to Acqualagna (2 km) or the beach at Fano (42 km) is also possible. Outside there is a large flat garden surrounded by trees where you can relax by the pool and grill in the BBQ. The terracotta floor and exposed wooden beams are the original ones of the country houses and even the furnishings have been maintained over time. A utilities & service fee of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
