Le sĂ©jour dans cette maison a Ă©tĂ© assez dĂ©cevant. Bien que la maison soit grande et permette d’accueillir un groupe important (nous Ă©tions 13, dont 5 enfants), le principal problĂšme concerne l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral des piĂšces.Il s’agit d’une maison souffrant de sĂ©rieux problĂšmes d’humiditĂ© : de la moisissure est prĂ©sente dans pratiquement toutes les piĂšces, la situation la plus prĂ©occupante Ă©tant la salle de bain Ă  l’étage, oĂč deux murs ainsi que le plafond sont complĂštement couverts de moisissure. Nous avons dĂ» aĂ©rer quotidiennement et pulvĂ©riser du vinaigre afin de pouvoir passer notre sĂ©jour, tant l’air Ă©tait difficilement respirable.Deux autres Ă©lĂ©ments sont Ă©galement Ă  signaler. Tout d’abord, une fuite d’eau dans l’une des salles de bain Ă  notre arrivĂ© : sur ce point, le propriĂ©taire s’est montrĂ© rĂ©actif et un plombier est intervenu au bout de deux jours pour effectuer la rĂ©paration.Enfin, le mobilier est trĂšs vĂ©tuste, notamment les chaises du sĂ©jour, qui sont en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat.
