Logement conforme à l'annonce.Accueil trÚs froid du chatelain. Parking non conforme à l'annonce. Emplacement pour 2-3 voitures trÚs inconfortable. Obligation de parquer chez les voisins qui acceptent modérément (voiture bloquée pdt le séjour). Le profit pour le chatelain, les ennuis pour les voisins.

Le gßte et son écrin sont fabuleux. Le logement magnifique possÚde tout le nécessaire pour se sentir à l'aise et s'occuper. Le jardin immense bordé d'un affluent de l'orne et parsemé d'arbres gigantesques nous a enthousiasmé. Bref un cadre admirable pour un merveilleux week-end

PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN

La maison est une dĂ©pendance amĂ©nagĂ©e, elle fait partie d’un gite et le propriĂ©taire habite Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Le propriĂ©taire se garde bien de montrer sur les photos toutes les façades de la maison, et pour cause puisqu’elles sont en piteux Ă©tat. Jardin partagĂ© avec les propriĂ©taires et le gardien qui ne se gĂȘne pas pour venir avec un gros tracteur tondre le jardin en plein milieu de l’aprĂšs-midi alors que les propriĂ©taires nous avaient affirmĂ© que le jardin devant la maison Ă©tait Ă  usage exclusif. Aucune chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e ; escaliers Ă©troits et en colimaçon absolument pas praticables pour des personnes ĂągĂ©es, alors que les propriĂ©taires nous ont affirmĂ© le contraire. De mĂȘme, l’annonce ne prĂ©cise pas que la maison bien que louĂ©e pour 14 personnes ne dispose que d’une place de parking qui est hors de la propriĂ©tĂ©, dans la rue. Le propriĂ©taire refusant l’accĂšs au terrain pour garer les autres vĂ©hicules, nous avons dĂ» garer les autres voitures Ă  200 mĂštres devant d’autres maisons. Nous n’aurions certainement pas louĂ© cette maison si nous avions su cela
 Cette information devrait ĂȘtre indiquĂ©e dans l’annonce car les photos montrant le grand terrain sont trompeuses et laissent suggĂ©rer que l’on dispose de suffisamment de place pour garer les vĂ©hicules
 Maison assez grande mais trĂšs sale : Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, elle Ă©tait infestĂ©e de mouches et nous avons dĂ» acheter et accrocher des attrape mouches partout dans la maison. Mobilier vieillot et fait de bric et de broc (meubles et ustensiles de cuisine sans aucun doute de rĂ©cup). Pas assez de casseroles, plats, brocs
. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur fonctionnant trĂšs mal (ne rafraichit pas les boissons ou givre les fruits et lĂ©gumes) et trop petit (pour 4 personnes tout au plus). Four et barbecue sales, machine Ă  cafĂ© vieille et sale, micro-ondes jauni et sale (rien Ă  voir avec celui figurant sur les photos). Mobilier de jardin parsemĂ© d’excrĂ©ments d’oiseaux le rendant inutilisable Ă  moins de le nettoyer soi-mĂȘme ; parasols dĂ©chirĂ©s et dĂ©jĂ  cassĂ©s et rafistolĂ©s Ă  plusieurs endroits. La poubelle devant la maison ne peut contenir que 2 sacs tout au plus et n’est vidĂ©e que les lundis (ingĂ©rable pour les locations de samedi Ă  samedi). Si vous tentez de mettre vos sacs poubelles dans la poubelle du gardien juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, il la vide devant la maison comme s’il s’agissait d’une dĂ©charge. Nous Ă©tions avec des personnes ĂągĂ©es et notre expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© pĂ©nible et trĂšs nĂ©gative. Nous ne conseillons pas cette location.

Idyllisches Haus mitten in der Natur fĂŒr eine große Gruppe

Ein Idyll mitten in der Schweizer Normandie: Wir waren dort mit 13 Personen inklusive kleinen Kindern und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt mitten im GrĂŒnen, keine HĂ€user oder Straße zu sehen. Am Ende der großen Wiese fließt ein Fluss, die GrĂŒnanlagen erinnern an herrschaftliche Parkanlagen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, das Haus wurde ganz schlicht renoviert. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir zufrieden. Die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche und in den WohnrĂ€umen ist ausreichend fĂŒr min. 13 Personen, fast jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche+Waschbecken. Hier ist es wirklich eingeplant, dass viele GĂ€ste ohne Abstriche zusammen Urlaub machen können! Die Kommunikation mit der Hausherrin war immer freundlich und herzlich, eine tolle Bekanntschaft! Zum Meer ist es ca 1h mit dem Auto, kleinere charmante Dörfer und der tolle Aussichtspunkt ĂŒber das Tal sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt von ca 15min zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen tollen BĂ€cker und Biomarkt. Wir können sowohl diese Region als auch - im Besonderen - die Orangerie von BĂ©nĂ©dicte nur empfehlen!

Week-end de la pentecĂŽte Ă  l'orangerie du manoir

nous revenons de notre séjour à l'orangerie du manoir en groupe de 12 personnes. L'avis est unanimement enchanté. Décoration à la fois soignée et fonctionnelle, confort (un chauffage au sol qui nous a permis d'apprécier la météo quelque peu humide....Seul bémol de ces bons moments), un jardin exceptionnel avec un court d'au et un petit pont et, enfin, un accueil trÚs sympathique et simple de la part des propriétaires. Nous pensons bien renouveler cette expérience pour un nouveau week-end sportif à moins de 2 km de PONT D'OUILLY et 5 km des sentiers de randonnée de la roche d'OÚte
