Pools were lovely, downfuls you gotta walk flight of stairs as no lift, spa in room didn’t work for the first 3 nights. The biggest thing that needs to fixed is the shower floor it floooods the whole bathroom and an exhaust fan in the toiletbathroom cause it turns tge bathroom into a sauna,, it not please

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them, every single staff member was lovely and caring. Staff were very knowledgeable about the area and what to recommend.
