Guest Eligibility: Only families and married couples are permitted to book and stay at the property.
Identification Required: A valid passport or national ID must be submitted for all guests prior to check-in.
Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during late evening and early morning hours.
Energy Conservation: Please switch off the air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
Late Check-Out Policy: Check-out is at the scheduled time. A fee equal to 50% of the nightly rate will be charged for departures up to one hour after the scheduled check-out time, subject to availability. Departures exceeding one hour are not permitted, as they interfere with cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
Property Care: Please treat the apartment with care and report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Compliance: Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the reservation without refund, in accordance with the booking platform's policies.
