I stayed there in between 2 trips. Close to the airport, about 10 min walk to a metro station (about 40 min to downtown). Limited dining options in the area, pretty busy and loud. Hotel is basic. Ok to crash for a night or two between flights, but I would choose a different hotel for visiting Cairo.

We stayed here twice. Staff are friendly. The hotel itself is a little awkward to get around. Our first time there we went in the entry area and. O one was there to greet us. The hallway was dreary. There were no signs indicating what to do. Eventually a staff member came and got us and we went up 2 floors to the main lobby. Staff took us to our room. It was noisy so we switched rooms and it was fine. We had difficulty later trying to find our way out and in.

The elevator was sooo scary. It’s much further from the airport than it looked online. It was not in a great part of town. The room was clean & nice, but you don’t get your own bathroom you share w the other rooms & there was hair in the shower.

Don't judge a book by the cover

The place does not look like a hotel and the neighborhood comes off as really shady. But the staff was kind and considerate, the room was clean, there was a breakfast, and the bathroom, while outside of the room, was just for my room and was also clean. If you can get over the stigma of the initial appearance, I'd say it's absolutely worth the cost if you just need a place to put your thiings while you get out to explore.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at - there were stains on the sheets and the check in process was the worst I’ve had to deal with.
