Overpriced. Poor service. The stores will cheat you. Purchased a phone card from a hotel store for 1500 EP only to have it expire in 3 days. It should’ve lasted over a month! Hair on toilet seat and in bathroom. Shameful that such a nicely advertised place failed so badly. Terrible experience.

High security. Hard to enter. Like being on a compound. Even taxi drivers let canceling not wanting to drive in. Room with city view was less than desires even with an upgrade. Italian restaurant and Egyptian restaurant made the difference. Breakfast was ok but no variety over time. Same wveeey day. It’s not at all like being in Egypt. If you want to be secluded, followed by security and don’t pls to experience the culture of wonderful Cairo then maybe consider this. Not worth the hassle.

Staff are friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out are very quick. Also I like the hotel near Metro station. It's very helpful to have free shuttle bus to airport every hour. I only wish the breakfast would provide more variety and more local cuisine. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay.
