The apartment is two bedrooms but one with Air conditioner second bedroom is without AC +One bathroom + Living room (with Air conditioner)+kitchen+ cooking utilities.
Equipped with refrigerator/ cooker/ Bathroom boiler/washer.
The neighbors are calm and friendly.
I am Living near the apartment for any help (10 minutes).
-10 minutes driving (car/taxi/uber) for grocery (seoudi) .
-Couch and floor mattress is available (Upon request).
The area is very safe for foreigners and sheikh zayed, in general, is a safe and luxurious place to live in.
