This was our first time staying here and the staff was very welcoming. Sabry was great! He helped us out with scheduling our excursions. He set us up with a wonderful tour guide Sara. The only thing I would do differently is stay a fee more days!!!

Hotel double charged. First through hotels.com then for extra services. Overall far from a 5 star experience. Smelling smoke in various places. Iron board doesn’t work and more. I’d give it 3 stars at the most. At 350 usd per night this was pretty bad experience from what’s offered by other.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and showed true hospitality from day one. Everything was great from reception, to room service and oh very nice breakfast as well
