Our stay at the Novotel went great. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay and the location was perfect. We were not too far away from Giza and not too far away from New Cairo. The area was very walkable as well.

Excellent location, walkable to a lot of attractions. Nile view room was amazing , the roof cafe was very nice. Breakfast was amazing, with wonderful staf. Rooms were comfy and clean. Not as big a hotel like the other ones on the Nile, but it was good for me.

Our family of 4 with kids enjoyed our 4 nights at the Novotel. We came off an exhausting 14 hour layover and were happy with our suite. We were in a nonsmoking room facing the Nile on the 3rd floor and although we could hear some noise, it did not bother us. The view was amazing, the service was excellent, breakfast was good and the kids slept well on the pull out couch. We had a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant. I would definitely stay here again when back in Cairo.

I was very surprised on how modern and clean the room was. The breakfast was also very pleasing and had a variety of options. Even the staff were smiling the whole time and were super nice. If I came to Cairo again, Novotel would be my go to.

Wonderful hotel, lovely pool, lovely food, nice staff (some confusion about what half board covers). But by far and away the most amazing thing was the view from the rooms and the roof top restaurant!

This was a typical Holiday Inn / Hampton Inn type hotel. Typical hot buffet breakfast with lots of kids running around. The room was more modern and upscale than a Holiday Inn. The only thing that sort of 'stuck in my mouth' was having to haggle with their taxi/tour service on prices. (Prices are very high and when you gasp, they expect you to bargain them down.) That's the whole point of using their service is NOT to haggle. Use Uber.

Hotel is average, we suffered a lot with the key, was not working properly for the elevator and the room and we had to go to the reception several times to fix it. No ironing machine in the room, no slippers, the shampoo was of a very poor quality
