The room was clean and comfortable and has what I needed, location was excellent. The staff and manager were great and very friendly and helpful. I have a story to share, I dropped my little bag While I get out of my taxi in front of the hotel it has my passport, ID, credit cards and cash mony. I thought I lost it, next day I asked the manager to look at the camera and check it out we went through a lot of records till we found that a delivery guy has picked it up and left through many efforts by the hotel staff we got his phone number and the manager called him in a very professional way to bring my bag back I got everything with a huge relief. big thanks to the hotel staff and Mr Sameh, the manger.

Everything was great and convenient. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is noisy if you have the street facing standard least expensive studio, but easily remedied by morning for a more expensive location or maybe just asking for an interior room if available. Loved it and highly recommend!!

The standard room was very loud as it was on the side of the roads (busy motorway). Constant cars wizzing by meant impossible sleeping at night for me. I had to upgrade a room by paying over £100 and the noise reduced by 80%. Not fully gone but was able to sleep. Other than that everything else was fine, nice decor, good location as it’s away from the annoyances. About 50mins away from Giza.

Noisy area with non stop traffic on a large avenue which is very dangerous to cross. The shower door was not closing and could have fallen down if not repaired. No restaurants or stores close by The most annoying part is trying to bill us for washing the shower floor mat and towels The front desk receptionist during the day is rude and has no understanding of how customers service works in such a place
