Badly expérience

unfortunately it was a bad experience, the windows did not close when we arrived in the room it was 14° I got sick the next morning we did not have sheets. It wasn't the room we asked for, we were supposed to have a jacuzzi in the end we ended up with 2 double beds. we stayed one night and left the next morning when I requested a refund for the next night that I had already booked, I was refused. other than that, the staff is nice
