Magnificent view of timeless grandeur! All staff were most helpful in accommodating my every need!! I give a strong encouragement for staying at the Pyramids Valley. Specially, I had several complications with my far-flung adventure, trying to organize it from the other side of the word and not knowing Egyptian. Staff handled everything from airport and train transfers, meals, accessibility issues, and tours. For me, this was a trip of a lifetime. There were many problems that could have wrecked it, and Pyramids Valley foresaw these complications and had solved them before I ever knew they existed! I had a wonderful time! I could have sat on my balcony, admiring the view and drinking tea for the rest of my life!

The balcony view was to die for! We woke and went to sleep with the pyramids! Anas was a life saver! We wanted to change hotels when we walked by the this property and walked right in to him making sure he had room for us then he even had someone help us move our bags from our original hotel at 10pm. When we go back to Cairo we will definitely be staying here again! Also, make sure to go to the roof top restaurant the view is unrivaled.

The rooms looks old can be improved with renovations. Sheets and towels looks old. Water leaks thru the shower door which leads flooding the bathroom after shower. Staff was friendly reported my lost and found item but couldn't provide the above and beyond service in posting the item.

Best stay of our entire journey in Egypt

Staying at Pyramid Valley was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt. From the moment we landed, everything was seamless – they arranged our transfer from the airport, which made our arrival stress-free and welcoming. The location is absolutely unbeatable – right in front of the pyramids! Waking up to that view every morning was like a dream. The rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking panorama, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We could also enjoy the light and sound show at night from the rooftop. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the start. Special thanks to Mahmoud! Our room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. The food was delicious – authentic, fresh, and flavorful – we ended up eating most of our meals there! What really sets Pyramid Valley apart is the value for money and the dedication of the team. They went above and beyond to help us organize our entire two-week trip across Egypt – from tours to transportation – making sure everything ran smoothly and that we saw the very best the country has to offer. We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The views from our balcony were absolutely incredible – overlooking the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, it felt like something out of a dream. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel really welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – a must in Cairo’s heat. Breakfast each morning was generous and satisfying, with plenty of options. The rooftop restaurant was another highlight – delicious food paired with even more breathtaking views of the pyramids. The complimentary airport pick-up service was a much-appreciated bonus. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo – the location, service, and experience were all fantastic!

I had an amazing time and excellent service hear being so close to the pyramids was beautiful. Although very busy area it was a great stay. I would only recommend to stay around this area if you want to see the pyramids and sphinx however not any longer than a couple of days as the area is not yet properly developed. We went to Luxor after Cairo.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was outstanding – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with professionalism and a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the Pyramids! It was truly magical to see them at any time of the day, especially at sunset. I booked a Super Deluxe Room with a King bed and a bathtub but they gave me the room with 3 beds no bathtub and the patio doors is broken and could not close so I asked them to change the room. They gave me the same room next to this room and I could not believe in my eyes when I was taking the shower, the drain is not working so basically the water is everywhere in the bathroom. Their rooftop is OK but could not see the whole Pyramids as they claimed. Basically, I do not recommend anyone to this very dirty, noisy and unfriendly staff. Bring your money somewhere else.
