The rooftop they have on the pictures is not at this location. This is NOT a hotel, it’s a Guest house in a very disgusting building. I found bugs in my bed. When I asked them about the rooftop they said it’s at our other “hotel” extremely bad experience would not recommend it unless you want to stay because of the view. The area I awful and extremely unsafe in my opinion.

We have to make negative evaluation because of many bad experiences despite it high pricing. Location of the hotel: Hotel address shown in google map is incorrect. So, it was very hard to find the hotel. This is very unkind for tourlists who are not familiar with this area. We needed to ask many local people to reach the hotel. The hotel must update address as soon as possible. Staff: Hotel staffs are kind and friendly. But we had a little trouble when check-in. Although we have already paid in advance, the staff request us for payment. We needed to show receipt to proof payment. We had breakfast at balcony with nice pyramid view, but serve was late. We requested breakfast starting at 9:00, but they bring them at 9:40. Facility: The room is kept clean, but I did notice some broken places. For example, bathroom door does not close completely. The hotel have wi-fi but only in lobby. Wi-fi does not reach our room, and so it was almost useless. The hotel don’t have rooftop restaurant while they show it in the pictures. The rooftop restaurant in the pictures is another hotel’s one. Airport transportation service: We requested transportation from airport to the hotel. But, a driver did’t appear in the airport and after all we had to go to the hotel by ourself. We also requested transportation from the hotel to the airport. The driver was unsafe, and we got involved in traffic accident; Our car was bumped from behind by a car. It was the most terrible incident in my trip.
