Outstanding property!

Let me start with property owner Fatima who is very kind and very easy to communicate. She patiently answer all my queries I had before check-in. Property itself is outstanding and sea view from the apartment is spectacular. The apartment was very clean and it had all amenities available. The beach is literally 15-20 seconds walk from the apartment building. The property is only 1 km from Calafell station which is like 10 mins walk.

Tranquilidad y desconexión

POSITIVO: Los anfitriones muy amables, dispuestos a solucionar cualquier anomalía. Apartamento con aire acondicionado por conductos. Todas las estancias frescas. Sensación de amplitud, comedor con cocina abierta. Claridad abrumadora. Habitaciones más que correctas. Ya tiene algunos añitos, pero se nota bien cuidado. Agua caliente por caldera, no termo. Sillas de playa, sombrilla. A 30 segundos la playa. Más cerca es plantar tienda de campaña. Uno se siente como en casa. Hemos estado muy tranquilos. Insonoridad a prueba de bombas.NEGATIVO: Es primera línea .... lateral, no frontal, Hay alguna foto que da lugar a confusión, se debería de eliminar. Desde el lado izquierdo del comedor sí se ve la playa, es el único lugar. No dispone de balcón. Por norma comunitaria del edificio no se permite colgar nada en el exterior. Existe una sisí claramente insuficiente, no por el tamaño, sino pq no da tiempo a secar nada, por el hecho de usar el aire acondicionado. Debería disponer de secadora, por las toallas, bañadores, ropa de deporte... Un par de pastillas de lavavajillas no vendría mal tampoco, sobre todo en estancias cortas.La estancia ha sido claramente positiva, aunque con detalles a mejorar. Recomendable.Un saludo

Alles Perfekt, allerdings mit Abstrichen. Todo es perfecto, pero con algunos compromisos

Alles Perfekt. Die Wohnung, die Gastgeberin und die Lage sind hervorragend. Einziges Manko ist, dass nicht alle Fotos in der Anzeige der Wohnung entsprechen. Insbesondere das erste Foto von der Anzeige (Eyes catcher) entwickelt den Eindruck, dass von der Wohnung frontal auf Meer geschaut wird. Das trifft nicht zu. Dennoch würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Todo era perfecto. El piso, la anfitriona y la ubicación son excelentes. El único inconveniente es que no todas las fotos del anuncio corresponden al apartamento. En particular, la primera foto del anuncio (Eyes catcher) da la impresión de que el apartamento está frente al mar. No es el caso. No obstante, nos gustaría volver.

Amazing

I was traveling with my boyfriend and we had a great time!! The apartment is amazing, the city is in walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is right at the beach, very clean and the view is great! Fatimá is so nice, she helped us with everything!! Would stay here again, for shure :)

En general una experiencia positiva. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y a la distancia perfecta del centro para poder disfrutar sin aglomeraciones. La piscina de la finca es pequeña, apenas da el sol y es bastante profunda en su totalidad así que no la hemos aprovechado. El apartamento tiene vistas laterales al paseo marítimo, no frontales como se muestra en una de las imágenes del anuncio.

Un séjour très agréable

Directement à côté de la mer avec sa vue en première ligne sur la Méditerrané, nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans un appartement moderne et agréable. Les Propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse et étaient disponibles en cas de problème. Nous recommandons vivement!
