This flat is on the ground floor and has a terrace directly overlooking the street. Just as you enter the flat you will find two double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom, with two single beds, also has direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped and has a small bar that connects to the living-dining room.
The swimming pool is located 10 metres from the flat, and apart from its large dimensions, it is surrounded by a pleasant natural lawn all year round.
The flat has two air conditioners: one in the corridor and the other one in the living-dining room. Furthermore, this flat comes with a parking space in the underground car park underneath the building. Due to its convenient location, it is almost unnecessary to use the car, as shops, restaurants and the beach are only a few steps away.
