Very friendly and helpful manager

The hotel is a good budget hotel. The manager was very very helpful. I would have no problem recommending this hotel.

Decent place and friendly.They must modernize the rooms and add wifi service in every room. it was difficult to surf the net and relax by the pool as mosquitoes quenched my blood J

Seems haunted

We have given a room at the back side of the hotel with a jungle view.. The room has three rooms and the lights are so less, let me do a correction the haunted lights are so less that even if u hav three people staying with u. U will feel alone. We stayed there for 2 days and both of us felt that there is some 3rd presence in the room.. It was so scarythat we slept in our friends room both the nights

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days

Start of the day with this hotel was terrible. We ordered lunch as we came into this hotel just couple of hours back and we were hungry. Literally they took more than an hour to serve the food. Food was average, that was the last lunch we had in this hotel. None of the staff here is courteous nor friendly. They were more interested in business than customer satisfaction. We are having lunch and sweeper switched off fans and started sweeping before we could wind up our lunch and we literally had a fight with sweeper to stop him but none from management intervened in this situation to help us, they were watching the scene as it was a movie. Finally, we escalated it but they simply said apologies and washed it off. Room cleaning doesn't happen on time unless you ask them. They served tea, coffee etc in the room and all the cups and kettles were lying outside our door for 2 days and no one worried about cleaning it up even after housekeeping staff were around in that area. Better avoid this hotel.
