Must bring your own, towels, sheets, or rent them

Had to rent Towels, sheets and pillow cases!!! I’ve probably stayed in a 1,000 hotels / Apartments over the past 30 years. This is the first time I have ever heard of renting towels, sheets, and pillow cases. I can understand putting a deposit on towels, as people probably take them to the water park, and probably many left them behind, but if your turn them back in, you would get your deposit back. However, this is not a deposit. This is renting Towels, sheets and pillowcases. Not even in the cheapest hourly hotels do you rent sheets and pillow cases. Very disappointed

O quarto era satisfatório. No entanto quando chegarmos o quarto estava um fedor insuportável de cigarro, tive q comprar um desodorizador, pra conseguirmos ficar no quarto. O recepcionista nao informou direito como era o funcionamento de acesso ao parque aquático. Mais fora isso, o resto foi bom.

No geral,foi bom. Única sugestão q deixo é quanto aos itens de uso da cozinha. O aviso nos informa q precisa deixar limpos,mas o copo do apartamento q ficamos tinha até marca de Baton e a faca com ferrugens. Acredito q isso precisa ser revisto. Achei o horário de check out muito cedo. Quase não aproveitamos o último. Fica a dica pra repensar sobre esse horário tbem. O clube em geral estava bem agradável.
