Não tive suporte quando foi solicitado.

Fiquei 4 noites no diroma 2 e tenho uma reclamação. O chuveiro tinha defeito e mesmo eu avisando e solicitando apoio ao hotel, não fui atendido e o problema não foi resolvido. A água era extremamente quente do chuveiro e a regulagem estava quebrada.

Quarto com tudo que uma família com 2 crianças precisa. Bem localizado, ao lado da entrada do complexo aquático do condomínio e fácil acesso ao Di Roma Acqua Park, com salão de jogos e academia à disposição, só acho que os equipamentos do salão de jogos precisam de manutenção. Conseguimos Só alugar a roupa de cama e toalhas com a imobiliária responsável pela locação e tivemos todo o suporte durante a estadia. O serviço da recepção também é bom. É mais lento cozinhar com o fogão elétrico, mas é a regra do condomínio pelo que entendi.

Péssima! O flat que nós hospedamos 213/215 bem precário, os móveis, geladeira, fogão e microondas bem velhoalem de não funcionar direito estavam sujos assim como os banheiros e o restante dos móveis. Na contratação da hospedagem diz que tem serviço de quarto mas é somente a menina da limpeza q passa um pano no chão que fica grudando. Os pouquíssimos utensílios oferecidos estavam sujos.

Julho/2022 Lotado

Caldas Novas em Julho é prazeroso apenas para quem gosta de muitas pessoas ao redor. Literalmente!!! Piscinas cheias, todo tipo de pessoas... mas enfim, tem quem gosta ( o preço sobe, o atendimento fica ruim...). Mas vou falar um pouco da acomodação e do parque aquático. O local é bem dividido, a cama é aceitável ( não é confortável), leve sua roupa de cama e banho ( ou terá que pagar a parte). Internet oscila muito, tv a cabo atende bem, utensílios de cozinha estão presentes e acaba sendo uma alternativa para quem quer economizar. Achei o piso do quarto escorregadio, mas de uma maneira geral a acomodação não é ruim. O parque aquático é amplo e com várias piscinas (inclusive piscinas bem quentes, o que é ótimo). Tem para todos os gostos. O problema é que este parque aquático atende várias extensões do grupo Lacgua. Resultado: em época de temporada é lotado. Fora isto, é legal o local.

0 apartamento é bom, bem dividido, mas falta manutenção, problema com o cartão da fechadura, sofá cama não oferece conforto(velho), vidros da pinha dos banheiros quebrados, saida de água do chuveiro desregulada, volta um cheiro ruim dentro do banheiro, so depois que colocamos uma caixa sobre o ralinho do lado do vaso, foi possível permanecer dentro do apartamento, excelente local para pacear e divertir, mas o apartamento deixou a desejar, no que refiro a manutenção.
Mau cheiro que sai do ralo.
Chave porque os cartões não funcionaram.
