Somos hóspedes frequentes e tem piorado muito, principalmente na parte da alimentação. No café da manhã tinha queijo passado, iogurte agora é de máquina, suco só de máquina também, xícaras de plástico, qualidade da comida bem duvidosa. Até na trattoria Bartolomeu a coisa estava feia. Reduziram o cardápio, não tinha vinho tinto, ketchup e maionese sao de marca desconhecida ( não era ketchup, era tipo ketchup). Mas o preço de tudo lá dentro só subiu. Foi a estadia que paguei mais caro neste estabelecimento e a mais decepcionante.

Limpeza boa, porém tinha muita formiga no apto todo, até na cama. E faz falta um secador de cabelo em cada apto, sem precisar ficar pedindo emprestado na recepção. De resto, tudo ótimo.

Boa estrutura, mas precisa de melhorias

A estrutura do hotel tem potencial, mas infelizmente a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, com poucas opções e itens de baixa qualidade, como bolos batumados, ausência de manteiga, somente margarina, sem variedade de frutas… já me hospedei no Ilhas do Lago e achei que seria a mesma qualidade por ser da mesma rede mas não tem nem comparação! A limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, na área das piscinas as hidros não funcionaram nenhum dia que estive hospedada, no decorrer do dia elas soltavam uma sujeira pelos filtros impossibilitando o uso… piscinas infantis super geladas…

Tudo muito bom! Porém, as piscinas e crianças todas estavam geladas. E nesse tempo de julho que é frio e que crianças já ficam gripadas com mais facilidades é inadmissível um equívoco desse. A piscina principal onde os adultos ficam, também estava gelada. Fiquei um pouco decepcionada com o local dessa vez.

Aguas frias em pleno outono

Estadia Muito ruim! Já me hospedei 4x no praias do lago e foi a última. Em pleno outono, noites e manhas geladas e as piscinas simplesmente frias! Impressionante! A cidade das aguas termais não ter piscina quente! Reclamamos diversas vezes, inclusive outros hóspedes que eram cotistas. O segundo desapontamento foi o bloco que nos colocaram. Fedido. Fedia esgoto sempre pela manhã e a noite. O hotel estava vazio. Poderiam ter nos acomodado em outro quarto. Num bloco melhor! Não tirei foto de nada porque não vale a pena. Nem fotos pessoais tirei praticamente. Tão chateada que só digo que foi a última vez.
