Experiência terrível, dinheiro mal investido...

Nunca me hospedei em um local com serviços tão ruins... ✅funcionários do restaurante, recepção, do lazer e alguns da limpeza da área das piscinas, são bem prestativos, mas a maioria, não tem receptividade nenhuma, extremamente mal humorados, sem capacidade para um simples “Bom dia”... ✅Corredores e apartamento mto sujos... A péssima limpeza do nosso ap só foi realizada, no 3º dia de nossa estadia, e depois de mta insistência... Toalhas e tapetes do banheiro NUNCA foram trocados.... ✅Academia, além de ser pessimamente equipada (duas esteiras, um heliptico, uma torre de halteres, colchonetes sem condições de uso), tem cheiro de mofo terrível e em um dos dias, tive que esperar por 40min até que alguém abrisse para nós... ✅Comprei uma pizza na nossa última noite, me disseram que em 30min estaria pronta, aguardei por mais de 1h e 30min... 😔 ✅Ficamos a 5m de um grupo gerador que ligava todos os dias as 18hs, com barulho horrível (não dava se quer pra ouvir a TV) e cheiro de diesel era terrível... Com o detalhe de que avisei previamente, que tenho uma criança de 3 anos, que possui ASMA- o cheiro de fumaça é extremamente prejudicial a ela... ✅E por último, sempre vamos para Caldas, em busca das águas QUENTES...NUNCA VI TANTA PISCINA COM ÁGUA FRIA... A piscina infantil é linda, com brinquedos legais para os pequenos, MAS ÁGUA É GELADA!! Enfim... Não acho que pagamos barato... Dinheiro mal investido...

Primeiro que reservei o Resort dos Lagos e tive que ficar com o Encontro da Aguas, acomodação diferente, cobertos cheirando suor, pouca toalha, piscinas frias, entretenimento diferente do planejado e programado, Sem falar que a pessoa que fechou a estadia disse que iria informar que eu tinha cancelado eu avisei para não o fazer pois espero pelos meus pontos.
