We stayed one night. It wasn’t bad but it was very noisy by the road and from other rooms. The windows were pretty icky but the beds were very comfy and clean. Check in and out was quick. Pool was great and very clean!

We pre booked and I’m fighting for my money back. We pulled in the parking and immediately made a reso somewhere else. The photos on the listing do NOT look like the property. The building had chucks of concrete missing. The people hanging around the property was extremely sketchy and unwelcoming. Imagine paying for something and not even wanting to walk inside. Hotels.com or the hotel need to make this right.

I do not recommend this hotel. The area felt unsafe, especially at night, and the surroundings were dirty and poorly maintained. Strange activity outside, and absolutely no sense of security. Definitely not a place for families or solo travelers.

The hotel is decent and reasonably priced. If possible, request a room with a low number (below 120, 220, or 320), as rooms farther back are closer to the Pacific Railway and the C-Train, which can be noisy. Fortunately, the air conditioning worked well, so I didn’t need to open the windows despite the noise. The hotel’s proximity to the C-Train is a major plus if you have business downtown—there’s a direct access door to the parking that leads the platform, making it just a quick 15-minute ride to the city center.

We would have liked face or wash cloths. We had our room made up twice, and they forgot the wash cloths! The second time we used our hand towels as face cloths. I loved the staff. I enjoyed the diversity of them!

There were for sure a few issues, however the staff worked diligently to resolve, issue 1 my booking was for 2 queen beds, my room was 2 double, however within 1 hour the had this resolved. Issue 2 we had 2 keycards( mine, son) everytime one of us used ours it would cancel the other card, this was arduous, as we had to keep going to the front desk to have this fixed. Issue 3 rooms not stocked with coffee/tea for next day, Issue 4 all ice machines not working, again to the front desk, However the pool was great temperature stocked with plenty towels for the guests,cleanliness of the pool area great.
