Beware... if youre thinking the pool area and slides look inviting... the pictures make it seem like its a lot bigger than it really is...also... they make you BOOK your pool time...and only 1 hour at a time... there is no actual life guard or duty... only a staff member standing around waiting to kick you out when your hour of pool time is up. The pool is over crowded and full of kids roughly playing..cutting lines. No one is controlling the slides from the front or the bottom... too many little kids hanging out in the hot tub where the bubbles dont even fully work. We asked for bedding for the pull out and the staff that came to our door was rude and yelled at us saying there was blankets in the dresser. Yes..there was.. but crappy over used pilly blankets...would have been nice to have an actual duvet and another pillow. Moat of the outdoor parking spots are blocked off and reserved for their side business of airport parking... so had to park in the underground lot which was very tight to get in and out of. The room itself was clean and nice enough but just felt like the whole property was all about nickels and dimes and how to get more cash from you. I asked them for a spoon for my autistic childs morning yogurt and they directed me to the vending machines to buy one... most hotels have things you might need on hand and complimentary... not here... even if you want a cup of coffee in the lobby... its for a price... rude staff.. limited pool...chaos...WONT BE BACK
