We liked the large room, which included kitchen facilities. The hotel is very centrally located. It was quiet and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options.

The room was dated, cramped and oddly laid out, the coffee machine was defective, and all of Sunday night while trying to sleep, all I could hear from the bathroom and kitchenette was power tools and air bubbles from the plumbing. No notice was given about overnight maintenance being done until I'd already paid and settled into my room. I'm a low maintenance guest, I even asked them not to clean my room as I clean after myself. All I needed was more conditioner and coffee pods (because the defective coffee machine used it all up and spat grounds into the mug), and they forgot the coffee. When trying to check out, the desk staff made me wait over 15 minutes just to put my card on the desk and say "That's it" while they helped another person with a longwinded issue. I've switched hotels for the rest of my stay.
