Fun Stay with friends

Our stay was great and would have liked longer pool hours and a shower/ bathroom by the pool. Also a bigger hot tub. We loved the breakfast and disappointed no waffles on the Monday.

Think twice

Not impressing, noisy. Doors were slamming at 6 am, shouting, laughing, yelling. Rumbling air condition, to get some sleep we had to unplug it.

It was just okay, not a very great experience. Bathroom had no toothpaste, we had to go to the front desk to get. Also, soaps were missing after the housekeeping and we had to call the front desk to get more. The hot and cold water indicator in the bathtub was opposite. TV wasn’t working and the chromecast device wasn’t connecting after multiple tries and troubleshooting.

As it was a 3 star hotel, everything was 3 star. So no complaints about service or food. Because we were not expecting a 4 star stay, that's why we are satisfied. Couple of things we did not like are NO KETTLE IN THE KITCHEN. NOT EVERYONE LIKES COFFEE. So we had to go down to get hot water from the dispenser. Secondly THERE WAS TOO MUCH LIGHT COMING INTO THE ROOM FROM OUTSIDE AND WE COULDN'T CLOSE THE CURTAINS. The curtains were fixed and not moveables. It was difficult to sleep.

The hotel was a good choice for us location wise and was clean and fairly well maintained. The bed itself was comfortable but the tiny pillows were almost useless. If I stayed there again, I would bring my own. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. Liked the breakfast being included as well as the parade parking.
